Pupil Barrister

John commenced his First Six pupillage in October 2025, under the supervision of Lisa Wilson.

Before commencing pupillage, John worked as a foreign affairs and security analyst for the UK government at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and Cabinet Office. While working, he completed his legal studies part-time and volunteered at the South Westminster Legal Advice Centre. Prior to this he trained and worked as an actor.
