Success in the Court of Appeal: R v S

Paul Mendelle QC and Laurie-Anne Power, instructed by Antony Mulrenan of Lound Mulrenan Jefferies, having obtained S’s acquittal of murder at trial, succeeded in a renewed application for leave to appeal the manslaughter sentence when the full court reduced the sentence by 16 months.
