Paul Mendelle QC and Arlette Piercy, instructed by Kalber Struckley solicitors, secure acquittal in murder trial at the Central Criminal Court. Following a fatal stabbing in Selhurst Park on Halloween last year, the Defendant was charged alongside three others with murder and wounding with intent. It was alleged that he had furthered the joint enterprise by acting as the driver for two of his co-accused and one person unknown.
