The current public health emergency has pushed remote hearings and conferences to the forefront of the revolution in the criminal justice system’s use of IT. This particular remote seminar will look at the basics of video conferencing and how to get the best out of them and will provide the latest breaking news on the available technology which is to be introduced by HMCTS shortly.

Presented by Paul Keleher QC who has been involved since 2011 with the development of the Crown Court Digital Case System and is now working with the MoJ on the Common Platform and liaising on behalf of the CBA and Bar Council with HMCTS on the introduction of video conferencing technology.
