Operation Bouncer - what price is justice?

Following submissions in November by Michael Neofytou & Colin Wells (see 22 November 2013 below), we can now disclose the ruling by HHJ Murphy (click here), in which the prosecution failed following the CPS refusal to serve telephone data as used material. Mr Neofytou was instructed by Pan Symeou of Faradays and Mr Wells by Nick Inge of Tuckers.
