Chair of Governors acquitted of £2.7 million Copland School Fraud

Dr IP Patel MBE was represented by Michael Neofytou (instructed by Sarnjit Lal and Marianne Ede of Tuckers). He was alleged to have conspired with the headteacher (Sir Alan Davies), deputy head, financial and legal officers and a fellow governor to make £2.7million in dishonest payments.
