Adrian Eissa QC persuades the Court of Appeal to Reduce Minimum Term for Murder

R v G: Adrian Eissa QC, instructed by Anthony Graham of Amosu Robinshaw, persuaded the Court of Appeal to reduce the minimum term to be served in respect of a life sentence imposed for murder. The Appellant was convicted of murder committed when aged 16 and the minimum term before he is eligible for release was reduced from 18 years to 15 years imprisonment.
