Alex Jamieson instructed by Keogh's Solicitors and the VDS, successfully defends Veterinary Surgeon before the RCVS

At the conclusion of a two-week hearing before the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Disciplinary Committee, Alex's client was found not guilty of disgraceful conduct in a professional respect. Following Alex's detailed submissions, his client was released from the proceedings without the consideration of the imposition of any sanction upon him.
The case had concerned allegations of failure to obtain informed consent and record keeping errors, and had been prosecuted by Queen's Counsel. Alex was instructed by Keogh's Solicitors and the Veterinary Defence Society.
