The Webinar will include:

  1.  A review of recent and anticipated developments in the law relating to drugs offences;
  2.  An update on sentencing and consideration of issues surrounding the admissibility of EncroChat evidence; and 
  3.  Tactical considerations for those involved in cases due to be heard in EncroChat cases in the coming months. 

This talk will be given by Sebastian Gardiner who has a wealth of experience in defending those charged with drug offences and in advising on a range of matters relating to UK drug laws.
