Corporate Criminal Liability for Economic Crime - will the Ministry of Justice take a new approach or extend 'Failure to Prevent'?
The Ministry of Justice is calling for evidence on the best approach to corporate criminal liability and puts forward 5 options. The financial services sector must remain vigilant as the failure to prevent strategy puts a substantial burden on compliance and FCC. As lawyers for the financial services sector, we should be prepared to advise them of their possible liability and how they should protect themselves.

This is a YFLA Educational Seminar and is open to all members and is free of charge. To reserve a place, please email the educational secretaries Charlotte Watts & Richard Clayman:
Please assume a place has been reserved once you have sent your email, unless you hear otherwise.

CPD is available for this session
