Prior to joining chambers as a 3rd Six pupil, Vida completed her pupillage at Sinclairs Law in London, as an employed barrister. She has represented clients in the magistrates court, Youth court and Crown court from first appearance (including Section 51 committal hearings) through to summary trials. She also previously practised Education law and has represented parents at the special educational needs tribunals and Independent Review Panels for exclusions.

Vida is the Founder and Chair of Trustees for a charity, Inspiring Youth Achievement, which aims to encourage, support and inspire young people to achieve their ambitions. In her spare time, she works closely with Bruce Grove Youth Centre, in Tottenham, developing projects for young people who attend the centre. Her charity was awarded a Partnership Award in 2015 by Haringey Council in recognition of their work thus far.
