Laura has significant experience in all areas of criminal defence, and has represented defendants at trial in the Youth, Magistrates’ and Crown Court .

Known for her approachability, Laura frequently represents vulnerable defendants, aiming to make their experience of the criminal justice system less daunting. She has also received substantial exposure to White Collar Crime, working for the defence on large scale prosecutions for fraud and financial crime.

Whilst completing her professional training, Laura was student director of BPP Streetlaw Prisons. She delivered presentations to those incarcerated in the Greater London area on topics such as knife-crime, aiming to educate and promote discussion amongst those who have experienced the criminal justice system. She also trained student volunteers to deliver their own presentations.

Laura has significant experience in regulatory law, and is frequently instructed on behalf of the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
