Speakers: Sushil Kumar

This seminar is aimed at those with - and those hoping to develop - a private clientele in relation to driving offences.
It will address why it is invariably worth challenging driving offences and how to go about doing so.
There will be an analysis of common issues that arise and how to avoid some of the mistakes that are often made by lawyers who are not familiar with the area.
These include:

  • Client care and managing expectations
  • Challenging "drink drive" offences
  • Approaches to sentencing and avoiding disqualification

Drinks and nibbles will follow after in Chambers. To book a place at this lecture, please email Loretta Kenny.
