The seminar will consider the latest developments in the stages following the conviction of the defendant.  Specifically, it will deal with some of the sentences and ancillary orders that have been handed down in recent heavy fraud cases.  It will go on to focus on developments in the law on confiscation both in terms of benefit and available assets.
