The Crime and Courts Act 2013 has provided a framework for Deferred Prosecution Agreements (DPAs) to be used as a new law enforcement tool by prosecutors in England and Wales to more effectively tackle economic crime committed by corporate bodies.

This event will take you through the new system of DPAs and how it is proposed they will operate. The panellists will identify the problem areas to look out for when the final codes and rules are published in February 2014.
