Paul Mendelle QC secures Old Bailey acquittal

After a 7- week trial at the Central Criminal Court, Paul Mendelle QC, instructed by O’Keeffe Solicitors, secured the acquittal of Marlon Tudor of murder and manslaughter. The case arose out of an incident at a party in Brent in November 2015 at which the victim was killed by a single stab wound, the liability of the defendant as a secondary party being based on the law post Jogee.  The defendant awaits sentence on an associated charge of wounding with intent in relation to another victim.
