Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all instructions are accepted in accordance with the Standard Contractual Terms for the Supply of Legal Services by Barristers to Authorised Persons 2012 (Updated for the GDPR in 2018), as referred to in Rule rC30.9c of the BSB Handbook.
