We believe that feedback from our solicitors helps us to find ways to improve our service to you and your lay clients.
Cases will be managed to the very highest standard and allocated to counsel based on his or her capacity to deal with it efficiently and expeditiously. The clerks will ensure barristers do not become over-committed to ensure each matter receives its deserved attention; they can provide an in-depth knowledge of individual practices and specialisations and indicate availability at the very early stages of a case.
Reassignment of briefs will only be done with the consent of the professional client and only to counsel of appropriate experience.
We have a suite of five dedicated conference rooms, which can accommodate conferences of all sizes. A wireless network allows immediate internet access from any of these rooms, so that researching the latest authorities, establishing a case listing or simply collecting your e-mail is just a click away.
Our state of the art technology includes a Video Conferencing Suite and access to the arrangements of such bookings.
We provide continuing professional development by means of lectures and seminars, both in chambers and at the offices of our solicitors.
