- R v Tony McLuskie - charged with the murder of his sister, former EastEnders actress Gemma McLuskie.
- R v Kwakye & others Central Criminal Court, Four handed murder involving young defendants resulting from robberies of mobile telephones earlier that same day. An altercation took place between two groups of youths and the deceased was allegedly attacked by a group including Kwayke and her older brother. Aquitted on all counts.
- R v RM - Central Criminal Court : Double murder by shooting. Street assassination alleged to be in the context of a dispute between drug dealers.

- R v Hayles & Another : Murder of a disabled street robbery victim.
- R v Bushnell : Murder of 80 year old by cleaner, the defendant-allegedly by multiple stabbing.
- R v Anthony Cooper & Others : charged with murder after a fight broke out over with his former girlfriend. The new boyfriend, a father-of-two was hacked to death in a pub beer garden in front of his eight-year-old son. The victim was confronted by two men wielding machetes while in the pub with his friends, family and girlfriend. The co-defendant is our defendant’s father.
- R v Ranson : highly publicised Halloween murder, victim died of head injuries after he confronted a gang who stole a witch's hat off girlfriend in Sutton after leaving a nightclub in the early hours of Sunday.
Terrorism
- R v Merzoug - The “Ricin case”. One of the largest, most complex terror trials ever, in the UK. Alleged Muslim fundamentalist plot to poison an infinite number of innocent civilians.
- R v Kanyare - The “Red mercury case”. News of the world led prosecution, following very long investigation by Maz Mahmood, “The Fake Sheik”. Allegation of conspiracy to finance and promote terrorism by the supply of Red Mercury to Middle Eastern Terrorists. Red Mercury was said to have been a deadly explosive capable of causing endless death and destruction.

- R v Eric Joyce : Labour MP for Falkirk . Mr Joyce pleaded guilty to several counts of assault upon other MPs in a House of Commons bar. Mr Joyce received a community sentence
- R v CD : Extremely high profile police corruption allegations. Ex deputy police commissioner John Yates , officer in the case. Defendant acquitted on all charges.
- R v Adeel: - Attempted Murder Crippling by use of sulphuric acid, honour case.
- R v Fielder Civil: GBH / Perverting course of justice, defending the husband of world pop star, Amy Winehouse.
- R v Shire : London Transport Bus Driver charged with Death by Dangerous Driving
- R v Best : Defended the 15 years old school boy charged with the rape of a teacher on school premises.
- R v Samuel & Others : Multi handed campaign of armed robberies across London.

- R v Stapley - A school bursar charged with multi million pound allegations of embezzlement of school funds. Tried together with the school headmistress. The subject of a National television documentary.
