Instructed in cases at the court of appeal for conviction and sentence.

Fraud & Financial Regulation
- R v Tame and others – substantial DVD copyright fraud.
- R v Tang and others – substantial VAT fraud involving missing traders of mobile phones resulting in a three month trial.
- R v Fela Omi and others – substantial mortgage fraud resulting in a two month trial.
- R v Warr and others – substantial VAT fraud involving the production of raw tobacco into hand rolling tobacco.

- R v Lewis reported [2007] EWCA Crim 2015 - Dangerous Offender Provisions resulting in removal of IPP and reduction of determinate sentence
Crime
- R v Fenlon - defendant had been on remand for 23 months before acquittal in serious armed robbery with a signed confession to the offence - defence of "fit up".
- R v Shafiq - Snaresbrook Crown Court - possession of 20 kilos of heroin - National Crime Squads from Leeds and London – 4 week voire dire on a complicated application for abuse of process on the basis of a malicious lack of disclosure by the NCS.
- R v Wilson – substantial conspiracy to supply heroin and cannabis. First trial aborted after defendant absconded. Represented the defendant in second trial in their absence.
- R v Kayleigh Muckle –conspiracy to handle a substantial number of high performance stolen motor vehicles.
- R v Bean and others – Conspiracy to produce amphetamine. Large production operation in a hidden factory. Surveillance over substantial period including “Probe” tapes.
- R v Oculam – Death by Dangerous driving committed by a man of good character. Highly emotive case as the deceased was celebrating her 21st birthday.
- R v Edwards and Others – Leading junior in substantial child cruelty case.
- R-v- Johnson and Others – Large scale violent disorder involving opposing sides on trial together.
- R v Martin Frost – 58 counts of sexual offences ranging from Rape, indecent assaults of his three step children and a large number of offences of possession of indecent images of children at level 3 – 4. Pleas of guilty and life sentence.
- R v Bytyqi -12 year old girl with two friends alleged rape by three asylum seekers in a public swimming pool. Case stopped at close of prosecution case.
- R v Terry Humphreys –alleged rape of woman at a party when others were present.
- R v Bener Sensev – alleged rape and indecent assaults of two step daughters one suffering from Aspergers syndrome.
- R v Williams – 18 counts involving historic allegations of incest with three sisters including rape and indecent assault. After two of the three child witnesses admitted under cross-examination they had lied to the police the prosecution offered no evidence before the close of the prosecution case.
- R v Shaw – rape of ex-girlfriend.
- R v Candy – alleged indecent assault by elderly man on teenage girl.
- R v A – alleged rape by 15 year old boy together with a 16 year old girl who gave evidence against the defendant.
- R v A – alleged rape of a 14 year old girl by a 13 year old boy.
- R v Richards – alleged indecent assault by uncle on two nieces over a three year period.
- R v Hyman – alleged indecent assault of two children.
- R v Green – Historic rape and indecent assault case involving nine different children over an eight year period. Offences committed by choir leader of the church involving young girls of the choir.
- R v A – case concerned a 16 year old boy alleged to have sexually assaulted two sisters in the care of his mother, one sister over a three year period.
